My heart was talkin' to my headSaid, "I've loved once, I'll never love again"And my head, at this, replied"I miss her too, she was easy on the eyes"

These Wheels Keep on Turning.

this is my toy idea for perspective class. The assignment was to make a toy out of simple shapes such as cylinders and cubes, so my idea was to make a hot wheel like toy for younger kids. thus the large wheel, so it's easier to grab, and play with. Different wheels for different cars etc... it's going places.

FeFe Carl

A  fun Sketchbook practice is to take a piece of a magazine or a hand out cut the top part off and then re-draw it from memory. Here's my DJ Felix drawing.

Come on... who doesn't love cookies?

Monkey Boy!

This little guy is a character I came up with the other day. He's an average zoo monkey that one day found a razor in his exhibit and decided to shave his entire body to look like a normal boy (thus the stubble all over) and fulfill his dream of going to a school and gaining an education. ... I know, I cant wait to see this either.

Joe McAtee R.I.P.

My childhood neighbor and close family friend died last week. He was a very special person in my life and the world will sorely miss him. Joe Mcatee was a free mason, he was a soldier along side Pres. JFK, and so much more, but most of all he was a friend to all. Goodbye friend.

One more thing...

One other thing I forgot to mention that I did this summer was work with my two best friends doing the animation and artwork for an 8-bit game about a rampaging whale in wheels, appropriately named
anyway here is some of the art for that. also here is our website

Goin' Digital

Every one here at Ringling is very digital. Our school is ranked the most wired campus in america. So I decided to put this mac to good use and here is my first art done using photo shop. using the tools to establish value was my main goal with this piece.

2011 Planner

Here are a few pages from my favorite "sketch book" from last year. Its actually just my daily planner that ended up becoming a sort of journal of my day to day life ... in cartoons.

Mascot design for hippino. If i ever get to wear this costume, then i would just walk around rubbing my belly. ... because it would probably be fun

What I Did This Summer ... (hippino and beyond)

In order to earn some cash for college I started doing some logo design for a new company called hippino. I also did some design work for a few local bands businesses and charities. Thank you to everyone who hired me to do work. It was a great chance to learn some new programs like Illustrator as well as getting some much needed cash.

A special thank you to EJ Falk for the amazing opportunity, and thanks for always believing in me.

Cartoons are obviously my passion as I am currently going to school for animation, so here are some of the characters and ideas I came up with (while I was supposed to be doing homework) throughout my high school career.

.... these are pretty sucky, but it's good to remember where you come from, and I always had fun making these :)
